How long does delivery take?
Orders ship the next business day after payment. Delivery across the UAE usually takes 1–3 business days from dispatch. Exact window and fee are shown at checkout.
Can I pick up in person?
Yes. Free pickup at BAZA, 16D St Al Quoz Industrial Area 4, Dubai. Choose pickup at checkout — we email when the order is ready. Bring your order number.
Are TIMEMORE products original?
Yes. We stock TIMEMORE through an official channel. The TIMEMORE-branded sets (Chestnut C3S, Nano 3) come in factory-sealed boxes. Our BAZA-branded sets are assembled in-house from the same supplier parts.
What payment methods do you accept?
Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Tabby (buy-now-pay-later). All prices exclude 5% VAT.
Can I return something?

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. Shipping is UAE-only for now.
Are gift sets ready to give?
Yes. All our gift boxes and suitcases are shipped assembled in their presentation case, ready to hand over. No extra wrapping is added by default — the packaging is the gift.
